The Kingdom of Heaven – Here and Now | Matthew 7:21-29
The Sermon on the Mount ends with a question we can’t avoid: what are we building our lives on? In Matthew 7:21–29, Jesus shows that it’s possible to hear His words, even admire Him, and still never truly surrender to Him. Because real discipleship is more than appearances or religious activity — it’s a life rooted in knowing Jesus and obeying Him. And when the storms of life come, our foundation is revealed. The invitation of the gospel is not to perform for Jesus, but to build your life on Him.
