Ladies Ministry

Jesus loved women and placed value upon them, which was counter-cultural for his time. We at BBC desire to follow in his footsteps and continue to place value on women, as equal members of God’s church, who have unique gifts and talents to be harnessed for God’s kingdom. There is something very special about women gathering together to share life around God’s word. We continue to hear encouraging testimonies of what God is doing in the lives of our ladies, and don’t want any of you to miss out. 

So, we have a few different avenues to include women in all stages of life: 

1. Ladies Breakfasts – We meet corporately 3-4 times a year for a time to connect to new people, to eat, laugh and chat and to hear God’s word taught to us on relevant topics. 

2. Ladies Bible Studies – We have a few ‘ladies-only’ small-groups that meet weekly to study God’s word together, from young mums to the more mature. 

3. Ladies Bible Courses – We run in-depth Bible study courses for women, which involve daily homework and a weekly DVD and discussion session. They run on Thursday mornings and evenings, as well as Saturday mornings. These courses continue to be life changing, as women grapple with the deep truths of scripture and experience God in new ways.
